Job Summary Experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager for EWA Adoption. We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to spearhead a crucial project aimed at enhancing lifecycle engagement for employees of our SMB customers, with a specific focus on promoting our Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, analytical prowess, and executional expertise, allowing them to identify engagement opportunities, architect and test engagement strategies, and drive data-backed improvements. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to overhaul current engagement processes and validate new strategies through extensive A/B testing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead lifecycle engagement strategy for SMB employee base to promote EWA solutions.
Design and execute A/B or multivariate tests to validate engagement tactics.
Architect and refine lifecycle journeys based on data insights.
Work cross‑functionally with product, data science, and communications teams.
Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record in A/B or multivariate test design and analysis.
Proficiency in segmentation, crafting data narratives, and lifecycle journey design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
Excellent presentation skills, distilling complex data into actionable insights.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented project management skills.
Preferred Experience Prior experience in EWA products, financial wellness programs, and B2B2C marketing platforms.
