Network Construction Manager
for a
12 Months Contract at Seattle, WA (Remote)
Rate Range:
$47.00 P/HR - $51.00 P/HR ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Seattle, WA - fully remote, will travel to local fields 2-3 days per week.

Description:
We are hiring a Network Construction Manager to lead and oversee the successful deployment of DAS (iDAS/oDAS), Small Cell, Collocation, and Wireless Network Infrastructure projects.
This role is responsible for end-to-end construction execution, from vendor selection to onsite project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of telecom/wireless construction including tower builds, modifications, collocation, DAS, and Small Cell deployments
Coordinate and direct vendors, subcontractors, fiber installers, OEM/DAS equipment installers, and customer stakeholders
Provide construction oversight for aerial & underground fiber installation, hubs, nodes, and utility make-ready work
Influence and advise District, Program, and Project Managers on construction planning and execution decisions
Participate in vendor evaluation and selection, ensuring competitive pricing and quality delivery
Attend customer meetings as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on construction and deployment needs
Perform site visits including bid walks, pre-construction surveys, progress inspections, punch walks, and project closeout
Identify and resolve onsite issues while safeguarding project timelines and budget
Ensure adherence to company construction standards, project documentation, and closeout requirements
Maintain project accuracy in tracking systems and deliver reports in a timely manner
Act as Safety Observer & Quality Assurance (QA) representative, ensuring compliance with OSHA and internal safety programs
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License (required)
3–5+ years of experience in telecommunications or wireless construction
Strong understanding of Outside Plant (OSP) Construction for aerial & underground SCS deployments
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Experience working with budgets and project execution
Familiarity with RF Sweep Testing, PIM Testing, OTDR, Power Meter and related test equipment
Working knowledge of NESC, NEC, OSHA, and NESC standards
