A Day in the Life
Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching.
Between appointments, you track performance metrics, review KPIs, and ensure the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.
Every day, you build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
Requirements
Paid experience managing 3‑4 team members.
Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity).
A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
