The Marketing Operations Senior Analyst supports the direct marketing department with execution, administration, technology implementation, data segmentation, and analysis to improve our marketing efforts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support day‑to‑day data operations for direct and digital marketing. Implement scalable processes, workflows, and automations for loyalty marketing data management. Manage and optimize direct marketing efforts. Provide timely marketing reporting and analytical support for internal stakeholders. Perform data modeling, reporting, and analysis on marketing performance. Build email and direct marketing campaigns. Collaborate on developing and implementing marketing strategies. Maintain end‑to‑end database marketing performance dashboards. Coordinate with the database marketing campaign team to set up, QA, and activate promotional offers across multiple systems. Present optimization insights and recommendations to leadership. Serve as in‑house specialist for customer data, guest and loyalty databases. Perform ad‑hoc analysis and projects as requested. Adapt to new duties as needed. Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or a quantitative field (analytics, statistics, data science) or equivalent experience. Minimum one year of experience in casino, database, or loyalty marketing. Experience in the gaming/hospitality industry. Hands‑on skills with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Proficiency in writing, debugging, and refining SQL queries. Strong operational knowledge of omnichannel marketing platforms. Strong technical understanding of data, database management, and analytics with large transactional datasets. Ability to quickly learn a database marketing tech stack and data flows across multiple systems. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication; presentation skills. Self‑starter; capable of anticipating, multitasking, and prioritizing workload with minimal supervision. Curiosity and passion for answering business questions with data. Commitment to scalable, future‑proof processes, systems, and analytics. Supervisory Responsibilities
