Job Description A fast-growing DeFi protocol backed by top-tier investors is seeking a
Marketing & Community Assistant
to support social operations, community engagement, and cross-functional coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career Web3 talents looking to gain hands‑on experience in a global ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily social media tasks across X/Twitter and other channels, including scheduling posts and publishing content prepared by the core team.
Help monitor community platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and Reddit to ensure a healthy environment and consistent engagement.
Coordinate with moderators to ensure community rules are followed and route user issues or concerns to the right internal teams.
Conduct light research to support campaigns, partnerships, announcements, and weekly content planning.
Maintain simple operational documents including Google Sheets, Docs, task logs, and weekly checklists to ensure tasks are completed smoothly.
Qualifications
6–18 months of experience in Web3, crypto communities, or marketing (professional or as an active community contributor).
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Comfortable using Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, and Google Workspace tools.
Tech‑savvy, fast learner, highly reliable, and detail‑oriented.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, globally distributed team.
