Plan and execute all aspects of automotive events, from concept to post‑event evaluation, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional experience for each guest. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, design, and operations teams to create event activities that are executed with the correct attention to detail. Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance event opportunities and drive mutual benefits. What You’ll Do
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on‑site coordination. Utilize data analytics and feedback mechanisms to measure event success, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future events. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and enhance event offerings. Reflect the values of the Singer brand in all customer and internal interactions. Who We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in event planning production, or experiential marketing within the luxury automotive industry or an equivalent brand/industry. Experience supporting live and/or virtual events of varying sizes. Clear and concise communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Experience representing a luxury product or service. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Location & Schedule
This position is based in Torrance, CA. The role will require domestic and international travel and weekend work based on event schedules. What We Offer
