Recharged
About Recharged
Recharged is building a new standard for buying and selling used EVs — providing a transparent, tech-forward, data-enhanced experience that helps sellers and buyers understand true EV condition and long-term value. We partner with fleets, lenders, remarketers, dealers, and individual sellers to improve outcomes for every used EV.
About the Role The
Remarketing Lead
is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with remarketers, fleet managers, lenders, leasing companies, wholesalers, auto dealers, and other inventory providers.
Your primary objective is to
source inventory opportunities
and encourage sellers to consign their vehicles through Recharged — while also generating revenue when Recharged buys vehicles outright.
This is a relationship-heavy, consultative role requiring a blend of sales ability, operational follow-through, and long-term relationship management.
Key Responsibilities 1. Seller Network Development & Acquisition
Identify remarketers, fleets, finance companies, dealers, and wholesalers who have ongoing used EV inventory.
Conduct outreach, presentations, and on-site visits to explain Recharged’s value proposition.
Build and manage a pipeline of seller relationships, meeting weekly and monthly acquisition targets.
Secure consignment listings by helping sellers understand how Recharged’s diagnostics, merchandising, and marketplace drive higher returns.
2. Inventory Opportunity Capture
Collect and review incoming inventory lists, VIN data, and condition reports.
Evaluate sellers’ inventory and flag vehicles suitable for consignment or Recharged purchase.
Work with Recharged’s valuation, inspection, and listing teams to onboard new units efficiently.
Track all opportunities, submissions, and conversions in CRM or internal systems.
3. Relationship Management & Retention
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with all remarketing partners.
Build trust by providing performance reports, sale outcomes, pricing insights, and market data.
Conduct regular check-ins to ensure sellers are satisfied and continue to send inventory.
Make in-person visits as needed to maintain relationship depth.
4. Performance Reporting & Market Intelligence
Provide sellers with clear, data-driven reports (sales price, time-to-sale, buyer feedback, etc.).
Share market trends and insights around EV values, demand, and pricing to support consignment decisions.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, opportunities, conversions, and performance metrics.
5. Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the Operations, Inventory, and Recon teams to ensure smooth onboarding of consigned or purchased vehicles.
Coordinate transport, documentation, and communication with sellers.
