As the leader of Demand Generation and Automation Strategy, the candidate will play a pivotal role in driving effective lead management and campaign execution across the organization, leveraging CRM and the marketing technology stack.

What the day will look like

Standardize lead processes, accelerate adoption of new data architecture and tools (such as Eloqua intake forms and global lead routing), and optimize lead vetting and reporting to support business growth.

Support demand generation through execution of marketing initiatives, developing best‑in‑class campaign frameworks, design templates, and reporting systems across multiple marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless lead distribution, sales acceptance, and pipeline progression across Aon Connect (Oracle) and Salesforce environments.

Optimize lead management processes, including standardizing lead definitions, transitioning from interim processes, accelerating adoption of new data architecture, and implementing global lead routing.

Enhance lead vetting and reporting capabilities to provide stronger insights, informing strategy and supporting business objectives.

Develop, build, and maintain best‑in‑class campaigns—including frameworks, templates, campaign execution, system architecture, database maintenance and connectivity, and reporting across multiple marketing automation platforms.

Ensure timely and seamless lead distribution and management across Aon Connect and Salesforce environments, with a focus on driving adoption and tracking program progress.

Manage global demand generation campaigns supporting new business, cross‑sell, upsell, and re‑engagement efforts.

Support end‑to‑end event promotion and create a culture and campaign structure that drives results‑oriented outcomes from events.

Create scalable, efficient marketing programs aligned with core and growth priorities, and leading collaboration and engagement between Digital Marketing and the wider business.

Provide team leadership and direction, communicating strategy clearly and setting expected standards.

Facilitate cross‑team collaboration by developing best‑practice groups and collaborative campaign‑planning sessions.

Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $129,000 - $155,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data. The range is based on a primary work location of Los Angeles, CA, and may adjust for other geographic locations.

This position is eligible to participate in Aon’s annual incentive plan, receiving an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The bonus amount varies and is subject to terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
