About the Role We’re looking for a
builder-operator
who understands social media engagement, organic social, and the systems that connect them. This is not a “post on Facebook” job. It’s not a “check keywords once a month” job.
This is a
growth role .
You will design the strategy, create the content, run the systems, and measure the outcomes that grow visibility for Approved Senior Network and our home care clients nationwide.

What You’ll Do Organic Social
Create content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
Write captions, hooks, scripts, and engagement prompts
Design graphics and carousels (Canva or Adobe)
Build and manage monthly social calendars
Engage with audiences and drive real conversation
Growth & Ops
Track social metrics and report insights
Support marketing campaigns across multiple client brands
Manage content production workflows
Collaborate directly with Valerie and the leadership team

who ships drafts, iterates, and keeps momentum

Required Experience
3 to 5+ years in a combined social media and SEO role
Portfolio of content you’ve created (SEO pages, posts, graphics, reels, etc.)
Demonstrable results in growing organic traffic and social engagement
Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools
Experience in a multi-brand or agency setting preferred
Health care or home care experience is a plus (not required)
