Base pay range $34.00/hr - $38.00/hr
Position:
Instructional Designer (IT)
Work Schedule:
Hybrid – Onsite Monday through Thursday; Remote on Fridays
Contract:
12-month contract, potential contract-to-hire
Rate Range:
$34/hour to $38/hour (rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)
Key Responsibilities
Support delivery of multiple concurrent projects with a focus on learning and development initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning gaps, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
Design and deliver impactful learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences and organizational objectives.
Utilize AI technologies to enhance instructional design, content personalization, and learner engagement.
Develop interactive e-learning modules using advanced authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
Conduct audience analysis and needs assessments to ensure training solutions are relevant and effective.
Manage program and project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and manage cross-functional teams to support organizational learning strategies.
Adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies to foster innovation in training delivery and assessment.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development with a strong understanding of learning strategy and program management.
Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences across diverse audiences.
Previous experience with intake processes and/or change management.
Technical Skills:
High proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Advanced skills in e-learning authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline).
Familiarity with AI technologies for instructional design and learner engagement.
Core Competencies:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
Confidence in managing ambiguity and adapting to dynamic work environments.
