Performance Marketing Lead We’re looking for a

hands‑on performance marketing leader

who thrives on rolling up their sleeves and driving measurable results. This role requires deep expertise in

SEM, PPC, Google Ads, SEO, and Programmatic advertising , combined with the ability to lead by example and mentor a team through practical execution.

What You’ll Do

Lead and execute

high‑impact SEM and SEO campaigns that grow digital footprint and drive conversions.

Develop and implement

go‑to‑market strategies

that align with growth marketing and sales objectives.

Manage the

full lifecycle of paid campaigns

across Google Ads and programmatic platforms—from planning and creative approvals to launch and optimization.

Treat

YouTube as a search engine , leveraging video campaigns for reach and engagement.

Set up and maintain

GA4 dashboards , tracking reports, conversion goals, and tagging across web properties.

Deliver

daily and weekly performance reports

on CAC, CPI, CPC, and traffic metrics.

Stay ahead of

industry trends and competitive insights

to continuously refine strategies.

What You Bring

5+ years

of hands‑on experience managing and optimizing SEM, PPC, and SEO campaigns.

Advanced proficiency in

Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager , and conversion funnel analytics.

Strong knowledge of

keyword research, targeting, and SEO best practices .

Experience with

programmatic advertising

and DSP platforms.

Highly organized, data‑driven, and comfortable balancing

strategy with execution .

Excellent communication skills and a

lead‑by‑example mindset .

Agency experience is a plus.
