Job Description About EVERSANA Media EVERSANA Media works exclusively to service health and life sciences clients across the maturity spectrum. We are a full-service media agency with special expertise across disease areas, as well as oncology and rare disease. Our strategic experience includes driving client goals and strategic imperatives across HCP/Professional and Consumer audiences through the use of omnichannel, direct‑to‑patient (DTP), hyper‑targeted CTV, performance and lead generation campaigns. We are at the forefront of healthcare marketing, empowering clients to connect with patients, caregivers and clinicians in meaningful ways while achieving strategic growth.

What Does a Media Supervisor, Paid Social Do? The Media Supervisor, PaidSocial will lead the day‑to‑day management of paid social campaigns, overseeing planners to ensure flawless execution and performance. This role combines strategic oversight, team leadership, and hands‑on optimization. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring paid social processes are followed, and client campaign success is met. The Supervisor helps lead and grow the team in skill, capability and thought leadership, while providing professional coaching to individual team members.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of ~1–2 paid social planners

Oversee workload distribution and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and deliverables

Provide training on platform updates, compliance, and optimization best practices

Develop and refine paid social strategies for clients

Ensure plans align with client objectives, budgets and regulatory requirements

Review and approve media plans, audience targeting and creative recommendations

Oversee campaign setup, pacing and performance across platforms (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Troubleshoot delivery issues and implement optimization strategies

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and platform policies

Act as a senior point of contact for client questions and reporting

Present performance insights and strategic recommendations

Collaborate with analytics, creative, media and account teams to drive integrated solutions

Review team reporting for accuracy and actionable insights

Identify trends and opportunities for improvement across accounts

Develop thought‑leadership materials including case studies, POVs, and other best practices for clients and paid social practice

Additional Responsibilities

Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

Qualifications What Are We Looking For?

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field

4–6 years of experience in paid social media strategy and buying, preferably in an agency setting

Extensive hands‑on keyboard biddable paid social media campaign management

Expert knowledge and experience with a variety of social platforms including Meta, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and YouTube and each platform’s Ads Manager

Proven success managing large‑scale budgets, pacing, A/B tests and platform analytics and campaigns

Understand social pixels and platform‑specific technical tools

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data

Excellent communication skills and client relationship management

Proficiency in analytic tools and Microsoft Excel

Preferred Skills

Deep understanding of pharmaceutical advertising, regulations and compliance within the social space

Platform certifications (i.e. Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, etc.)
