Automation Solutions, LP (AUTOSOL) AUTOSOL is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the company’s marketing initiatives across digital, communications, and event functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys bringing both structure and creativity to a growing marketing department. Working closely with the Marketing Director, this position supports event planning, campaign execution, content creation, and analytics, ensuring every piece of marketing—whether online or in person—reflects AUTOSOL’s brand, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence in SCADA, data acquisition, and industrial automation. While this role offers flexibility, the Marketing Assistant will travel periodically for conferences, tradeshows, and key internal meetings to represent AUTOSOL and support event execution. Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate logistics for conferences, tradeshows, and customer marketing events. Manage shipping, booth setup, teardown, and coordination of marketing materials. Track event timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution. Oversee post-event activities, including lead retrieval, database upload, and follow-up coordination. Collaborate with Marketing Team to ensure consistent digital promotion and post-event content. Attend selected conferences as the marketing logistics lead, ensuring brand representation and operational success. Campaign & Marketing Support
Assist in the execution of digital campaigns across email, social, and paid channels. Support HubSpot operations, including list management, automation workflows, and contact tagging. Compile basic performance metrics and assist in preparing campaign and event analytics reports. Help coordinate partner and co-marketing activities with organizations as needed. Vendor & Partner Relations
Liaise with print, design, and promotional vendors for quotes, proofs, and production timelines. Manage promotional item inventory (swag, giveaways, collateral) and ensure timely replenishment. Coordinate design and approval of booth graphics, banners, and signage. Support partner marketing requests for logos, descriptions, and event files. Analytics & Reporting
Compile monthly and post-event reports summarizing lead generation, event ROI, and campaign performance. Gather analytics from HubSpot, LinkedIn, BrightTALK, and paid media campaigns. Provide insights and trends to support leadership decisions and 2026 planning. Maintain an organized marketing spend tracker for budgeting and reporting. Internal Coordination
Join daily and weekly marketing team meetings via Teams for project updates. Maintain open, proactive communication within the Marketing to ensure cross-functional visibility. If remote, visit AUTOSOL HQ periodically for team meetings, planning sessions, or major event preparations (approx. once per quarter). Webinars & Video Content
Support webinars by coordinating BrightTALK setup, registration pages, and promotions. Assist with pre and post-webinar content—clips, recaps, and social highlights. Coordinate with internal teams to capture event photos and short-form content for online promotion. Brand & Creative
Manage AUTOSOL’s internal brand asset library (logos, templates, photography, and collateral). Maintain consistency in visual and written content across digital and print materials. Use Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for minor graphic edits, event signage, and campaign visuals. Digital & Content Marketing
Create, schedule, and monitor posts across AUTOSOL’s LinkedIn and social media channels. Assist in writing and formatting newsletters, email campaigns, and blog content. Maintain and update the AUTOSOL website, including event listings, product pages, and news updates. Draft and proofread marketing copy for social posts, event announcements, and campaigns. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to ensure messaging and visuals align with strategic objectives. Internal Communications & Company Culture
Assist in planning and executing company culture events, such as happy hours, the AUTOSOL Hub, employee appreciation activities, and the annual Holiday Party. Coordinate logistics for internal gatherings, including catering, décor, invitations, and photography. Help develop creative ideas to foster engagement and teamwork across departments. Capture event photos and assist in sharing highlights across internal and external communication channels. Support internal newsletters, announcements, and employee spotlights to promote company culture and connection. Location: Houston, Texas.
