Ansell is looking for a Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing - Scientific to join our team in Iselin, NJ! The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 U.S. Dollars per year

Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.

In this position you will play a vital role in leading channel marketing efforts with select customers, become a subject matter expert in key strategic verticals, and develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer engagement, market share growth, and effective sales enablement programs by leveraging digital marketing strategies and understanding customer needs throughout the buying journey.

What your role will be?

Oversee marketing initiatives with key North American channel customers.

Partner with strategic account sales teams to create and implement marketing activity plans and calendars for select customers.

Assist the Channel Marketing sales team with strategy execution, including collateral creation, trade show support, and training for strategic channel customers.

Leverage regional market knowledge to tailor local channel marketing strategies and tools that align with global strategy while addressing regional customer needs.

Collaborate with the global marketing team to maintain a unified strategy while incorporating regional insights.

Highlight assortment and communication opportunities, facilitating connections with relevant business unit teams and engaging in category management.

Support product and content optimization across distributor.com and portfolio strategies.

Build insights and expertise to become a vertical subject matter expert in the region.

Drive leadership and knowledge sharing within the channel marketing team.

What will you bring to Ansell?

Bachelor’s degree in related field or commensurate experience.

5+ years of Marketing or Customer/Trade Marketing experience.

Experience in B2B marketing of products within an agency or corporate environment.

Digital Marketing experience required.

Sales experience preferred.
