Associate Partner Lead, Strategic Partnerships

Main Responsibilities
Ensure retail media partnerships operate efficiently and deliver significant positive financial impact to the business.
Manage a book of strategic partners, including ad‑tech platforms, data technology companies, digital, in‑store, or promotional media partners, research intelligence partners, and more, to optimize relationship health and achieve annual goals.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with leaders and counterparts to integrate perspectives into partnership strategy and execution.
Oversee day‑to‑day tasks such as performance review, road‑map development, problem resolution, contract renewals, and direct partnership meetings.
Create and distribute partnership health, progress, and business performance reports to the leadership team.
Work in office 4 days per week from Boise, Idaho or Pleasanton, CA.
What We Are Looking For
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate data and financials that align partnership opportunities and risks with organizational goals.
Resourceful, detail‑oriented, and adept at orchestrating partners and internal stakeholders to meet process and timeline objectives.
Experience across diverse digital media solutions, including off‑site platforms as well as owned digital and in‑store media channels.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey recommendations and updates to organization leaders during business reviews.
Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑feedback environment and can navigate ambiguous situations.
Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in digital media / ad‑tech, data, CPG, or technology industry related roles.
Capable of traveling 25–25% of the time.

The salary range is \$82,900 to \$107,680 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
Benefits may also include medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay, flexible time off, paid holidays (8–9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
