Position Overview
The Sales and Marketing Director will generate and manage leads to qualify prospects and guide them through transitioning into their new home, working closely with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to create a strategic marketing plan. Goal: achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
Responsibilities:
Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours.
Ideate ways to increase occupancy and meet targeted goals.
Collaborate with team to execute events drawing prospects.
Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups for collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications:
3+ years marketing experience or outside sales background.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and diligent follow-up with prospects.
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including physical and TB.
Pay Range: $40–42/hour plus monthly bonuses.
