As Sales and Marketing Director, you will generate and manage leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through the transition to their new home. Working closely with the Executive Director and VP of Sales, you will create a cutting‑edge strategic marketing plan to achieve your budgeted occupancy targets.
Responsibilities
Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
Collaborate with your team to execute events that draw prospects to the community.
Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities.
Compensation Wage Range: $34.00–$35.00 per hour (DOE) plus monthly bonuses.
Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and diligence in following up with prospects.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
