Join our dynamic team as a Brand Marketing Manager, where you’ll spearhead initiatives that propel our company’s growth and drive impactful business outcomes. In collaboration with the Outcome Owner and Director, you will oversee the P&L for assigned brands, strategically aligning marketing plans with our profit objectives. You will lead critical subsets of brand project roadmaps, leveraging your expertise to mentor and partner with both internal and external teams. Your role includes independently managing robust brand plans, contributing actively to Brand Strategic Positioning development, and ensuring consistent application across all channels. Key Responsibilities
Spearhead initiatives that propel company growth and drive impactful business outcomes. Oversee the P&L for assigned brands, aligning marketing plans with profit objectives. Lead critical subsets of brand project roadmaps, mentoring internal and external teams. Independently manage robust brand plans and contribute to Brand Strategic Positioning development across all channels. Shape brand architecture, manage trade‑offs, and enhance Gross Margin and brand health outcomes. Develop brand standards and execute strategies to fulfill portfolio strategy and boost profitability and brand longevity. Advocate inclusive marketing practices, manage agencies and channels, and craft tactics that resonate with brand equity. Translate data into actionable strategies, develop consumer narratives, and optimize Consumer Base and Inspirational Archetypes. Gather insights from distributor sales reps and customers to shape brand placement and equity perceptions. Contribute to Brand Story, Creative Platform, and Communications Strategy, setting measurement and learning plans. Optimize campaigns based on results, ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards. Qualifications
Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience, including brand management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of sales, marketing, consulting, or agency experience, including brand management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of Gallo sales, marketing, engineering or operations experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or state‑issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of sales, marketing, consulting, or agency experience, including brand management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Required to travel up to 25% of the time in‑market to perform job duties. Strong analytical & financial acumen. Demonstrated skill in leading and coaching cross‑functional teams. Ability to influence management, lead cross‑functional teams, and work through others. Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and operate with a sense of urgency. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. Master’s of business administration degree plus 6 years of brand marketing experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a marketing or finance concentration plus 8 years of brand marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. IRI Circana experience. Experience Managing a P&L. Experience working in an agile environment. CPG, Pharmaceutical, or Alcohol beverage industry experience.
