About the Role We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and curious Account Coordinator to join our growing team of strategic thinkers and motivated changemakers.
As an Account Coordinator, you’ll support integrated communications campaigns that blend public relations, digital strategy, and content creation. You’ll work closely with senior team members to manage day-to-day account activities, coordinate media outreach, develop materials, and help bring impactful stories to life.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to learn the agency world, grow fast, and contribute to meaningful client work from day one.
What You’ll Do Media Relations & Storytelling
Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media pitches, and talking points.
Build and maintain targeted media and influencer lists.
Monitor coverage, track placements, and compile media reports.
Conduct media outreach and follow-up calls with confidence and professionalism.
Client & Campaign Support
Support the execution of communications plans, campaigns, and events.
Draft social media content and assist with digital strategy and analytics.
Help manage timelines, deliverables, and internal communications for client accounts.
Assist with client research, competitive analysis, and performance reports.
Events & Community Engagement
Assist in planning and executing press conferences, client events, and community activations.
Coordinate logistics, RSVPs, and onsite support as needed (some after-hours events).
Agency Operations & Collaboration
Participate in internal brainstorms and strategy sessions.
Maintain and update media and project databases.
Provide administrative and editorial support to senior team members.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
0–1 year of relevant PR, marketing, communications, or media experience (internships count!).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of digital and social media platforms – you follow trends and know how to use them strategically.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience and proficiency working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc), Google Workspace and social media management tools.
