Brand Marketing Manager, Olympics, NA Ralph Lauren Corporation (NYSE:RL) is a global leader in the design, marketing and distribution of premium lifestyle products. This position is part of the NAM Marketing Sports and Partnerships team and supports all aspects of key sports partnerships, specifically on the Olympics and the Team USA/LA28 Partnership. As Ralph Lauren prepares for the LA28 Olympic Games, the role will drive innovative, culturally relevant activations and storytelling that elevate the brand on a global stage.

Responsibilities

Participate in ideation and development of fully integrated marketing campaigns that build brand desirability, drive elevation, and support partnership business goals.

Manage cross-functional execution of omni-channel activations across:

Celebrity and Influencer

Traditional and Digital/Social Marketing

Merchandising

Campaign Content Creation

Events, Pop‑up stores, and In‑store Activations

Operations

Media

Finance/PO/Invoicing

Support the Director with development, execution, and communication of marketing materials for all partnerships by: writing strategic briefs, developing holistic strategies, creating media execution plans, managing budget tracking and timelines, reporting on KPIs, and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Bring a curious mindset to understand competitive landscape and trends to inform growth strategies and fresh ideas.

Ensure all consumer‑facing touch points are highly elevated and reflect the Ralph Lauren brand positioning, aesthetic, and lifestyle.

Support product initiatives and sample management for photoshoots, PR events, and talent dressing.

Run daily meetings for internal and external partners, providing clear next steps and outputs.

Manage tracking on budgets, project timelines, and programs.

Qualifications

Experience in a multi‑channel organization.

Partnership and sports partnership experience required.

Experience with royalty and licensing deals required.

Online marketing/e‑commerce experience.

Ability to work cross‑functionally to support end‑to‑end marketing campaigns.

Creative spark and strong attention to detail.

Strong consumer mindset.

Curiosity and knowledge of culture, competition, and trends related to the sport/partnership/LA28 area.

Ability to identify and develop relationships with key internal and external partners that foster collaboration and trust.

Vision, clarity, and simplification capability within a highly matrixed environment.

Resourcefulness and creative problem solving.

Salary range: $65,000 - $129,225 annually
