We’re building a corporate AI platform that will power products, automate core processes, and unlock new revenue – one of the company’s top strategic initiatives.
To accelerate this journey, we’re expanding our AI engineering team with a Senior Power Platform Developer who will design and build enterprise‑grade Copilot and agentic solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services.
The AI Product Family delivers enterprise LLM agents and AI services deeply integrated into our Microsoft ecosystem.
We run on Azure (Azure Foundry, Copilot Studio, AI Search, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault and others).
You will define patterns for Copilot‑based agent architecture, prompt engineering, multi‑agent flows, connectors, RAG pipelines, and reusable components that accelerate future AI products.
Requirements Must Have
Proven experience developing AI‑based solutions on Microsoft Azure, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Power Automate
Proven experience integrating REST APIs, Azure services, custom connectors, data gateways.
Knowledge of programming language (ideally .NET and/or Python)
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
English proficiency at B2+ level.
Experience working with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA) and prompt engineering.
Experience integrating AI solutions with external APIs and internal corporate systems.
Solid problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously within a cross‑functional team.
Will Be a Plus
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, Microsoft Agents Framework, or Semantic Kernel.
Experience with Azure AI services, ideally Azure AI Foundry.
Ability to mentor teams on prompt engineering and best practices for building AI‑enhanced business applications.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio (declarative and custom agents).
Communicate with business users to gather requirements and craft tailored Copilot & Power Platform solutions.
Build and maintain custom connectors for Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform.
Integrate Copilot‑based agents with CRM, ERP, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, and other business applications.
Provide ongoing support and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
Work with Azure OpenAI to develop, evaluate, and optimize prompts, system instructions, and agent workflows.
Collaborate with product teams to deliver AI‑enabled MVPs and scalable automation solutions.
Mentor internal teams on LLM prompting, Copilot Studio best practices, AI governance, and secure AI solution design.
