Base pay range $58.56/hr - $103.06/hr

Job Description The manager of marketing strategy is responsible for building relationships and serving as the marketing liaison with service line and site leaders across the health system to understand their business needs and objectives. The manager of marketing strategy will become an expert in understanding the patient journey throughout the health care continuum. This person will translate service line and site business objectives into system-wide marketing strategies and ultimately actionable and measurable marketing campaigns while working in conjunction with various marketing channel subject matter experts to build integrated marketing plans across channels. The person in this role will provide marketing guidance and support, while building strategic plans and deliverables to ensure the growth of key service lines and sites throughout Atlantic Health. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in building omni-channel marketing plans informed by data and insights, excellent communication/influence skills, and a strong ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment. The marketing strategy manager will use KPI measures to report out on campaign results and continuously evolve marketing communications deliverables to meet our consumer’s needs. The marketing strategy manager will report to the senior manager of marketing strategy.

Job Functions

Manage multiple service line/site relationships across Atlantic Health’s sites of care including but not limited to hospitals, physicians’ offices, ambulatory care settings

Provide marketing guidance and planning discussions to service line and site leaders to address both short-term and long-term business needs and objectives to drive growth and awareness

Collaborate with cross-channel marketing subject matter experts in building integrated marketing plans that address service line/site business needs and objectives

Understand the various patient journeys throughout the health care continuum and provide guidance to leaders and marketing subject matter experts in executing marketing/communication strategies

Understand Atlantic Health’s communities – Provide expert guidance in understanding Atlantic Health’s demographic, socioeconomic, and competitive landscapes

Track, measure and report out on marketing measures to monitor marketing effectiveness and meet growth objectives

Serve as the key marketing liaison between service line/site leaders back to the marketing and senior leadership teams at Atlantic Health

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or Communication. MBA preferred

Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience

Experience in building omni-channel marketing plans informed by data and insights, excellent communication/influence skills,
