We are seeking a
Full Stack Web Developer & Technical SEO Specialist
to manage the firm’s website, technical infrastructure, and SEO performance. This role brings all outsourced development and SEO work in-house, ensuring our digital presence is fast, secure, optimized, and compliant with Google standards and California State Bar advertising rules.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and optimize the firm’s WordPress website for speed, security, mobile performance, and ADA/WCAG compliance.
Manage hosting, DNS, backups, SSL, and overall site stability.
Implement new page templates, site upgrades, and A/B testing.
Conduct technical SEO audits and fix crawl, indexation, and performance issues.
Improve Core Web Vitals, structured data, internal linking, and overall site architecture.
Manage sitemaps, redirects, schema markup, and robots.txt.
Configure and maintain GA4, Search Console, and Tag Manager tracking.
Build dashboards and generate monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and PPC teams on landing pages and campaigns.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in full stack development and technical SEO.
Experience with GA4, GTM, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Proven success improving site speed, Core Web Vitals, and conversion performance.
Experience with schema markup, JSON-LD, accessibility, and compliance standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate cross-department.
