About The Job The Director of Digital will own the end‑to‑end strategy for Brightly Software’s digital experiences, generating qualified leads, increasing organic traffic, improving engagement, and ensuring brand consistency. Responsibilities include SEO, SEM, paid social, and overall website experience, with reporting on key metrics.

What You Will Do

Lead, develop, and execute data‑driven digital marketing strategies to increase lead generation, revenue, and ROI.

Drive strategy and planning for Brightly’s digital presence, supporting growth initiatives such as M&A and international expansion.

Own the website experience, performance, and ongoing delivery, optimizing SEO, ad spend, conversions, and lead quality.

Lead a team of a UX/UI Designer, CRO Manager, and Paid Media Manager.

Collaborate with content, design, web developers, and other digital partners to build high‑performing, on‑brand experiences.

Maintain and communicate a roadmap for website improvements with cross‑functional partners.

Lead website operations: content management, sitemap, navigation, localization, and analytics.

Drive comprehensive SEO strategy with agency partners, including content, keyword optimization, link building, and technical SEO.

Optimize conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, calls to action, and forms.

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager) to provide data‑driven recommendations.

Define critical metrics and deliver brand‑compliant executions.

What You Need

10+ years of digital marketing experience, including website strategy, A/B testing, and paid media.

Team leadership experience.

Ability to drive organic traffic growth across platforms, including AI search.

Understanding of brand principles and adherence across digital channels.

Experience with product‑led growth models and high‑growth environments.

Strong project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Experience managing agency partners for SEO and web development.

Ability to assess and improve site tag management.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
