Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer based in San Diego, CA. The Senior Interior Designer will lead the creation and execution of exceptional interior spaces and experiences, specializing in hospitality-oriented projects. Responsibilities include space planning, overseeing architectural and construction drawings, designing interiors, and specifying FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). Collaboration with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors will also be an essential part of spearheading projects from concept through to completion.
Qualifications
Expertise in Space Planning and a strong understanding of Interior Design principles
Proficiency in Architecture and experience creating and reviewing Construction Drawings
Knowledge of FF&E processes, including sourcing, specification, and installation
Strong project management skills and ability to lead design projects from concept to execution
Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills for cross‑functional teamwork
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a similar field
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
Experience within the hospitality or luxury design sector is highly desirable
