Director of Digital Marketing
to lead the evolution of our digital strategy and drive growth across our national network. This role is responsible for optimizing our digital presence, enhancing the customer journey, and delivering high-impact campaigns that support client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
MobilityWorks | Richfield, OH (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on brand growth, lead generation, and appointment setting.
Oversee the full digital funnel including SEO, PPC, email, social media, paid media, content, and website performance.
Leverage AI, automation, and machine learning to enhance targeting, personalization, and marketing efficiency.
Manage digital performance metrics (ROI, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates) and deliver actionable insights through analytics and predictive modeling.
Lead and mentor digital team members while managing agency relationships and vendors.
Drive content strategy, digital experience enhancements, and website optimization in collaboration with marketing and web teams.
Oversee CRM segmentation and nurture strategies within Salesforce & Account Engagement.
Strengthen omnichannel and e-commerce initiatives to ensure seamless digital and retail experiences.
Align marketing initiatives with sales, product, and operational goals across the organization.
Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications
5–10 years of digital marketing experience, including leadership roles in a data-driven environment.
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce highly preferred) and marketing automation platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, assess campaign performance, and drive strategic decision-making.
Knowledge of data science concepts, predictive analytics, and machine learning applications in marketing.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools for SEO, PPC, analytics, email, content management, and paid media.
Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to build innovative campaigns and digital experiences.
Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving digital trends.
