Opportunity Publicis Groupe is searching for a talented individual to join the team and our bespoke agency for a globally recognized company known for its iconic brands across Snacking, Petcare and Food & Nutrition across our network and around the globe. This is a unique opportunity to partner with iconic brands on their marketing transformation journey. You will help enable the client to future‑prove their business, whilst also being part of a Power of One model that integrates media, production, data & tech, social, influencer and commerce to create end‑to‑end PESO experiences. The global team will consist of individuals from over 70+ markets, all operating with the same vision: To build a better today, for tomorrow.

Overview The Senior Vice President, Global Measurement & Reporting Lead is responsible for driving the Global/US reporting roadmap to address current and future reporting needs, implementation of global reporting solution, and operationalising the measurement framework. This position requires both strategic and tactical skill sets with an eye for numbers, intellectual curiosity, proficiency at problem solving, and a critical understanding of media. The candidate must have a proven track record of leading the implementation of reporting dashboards across global brands.

Responsibilities

Own all management of global reporting dashboard including acting as main POC across markets and main escalation POC

Global reporting network management

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and groups

Drive a culture of ‘always on’ data‑driven decision making that will institutionalise the use of consumer‑driven analytics in media / marketing investment planning

Establish and manage data integrations utilizing a taxonomy nomenclature to make recommendations for data visualisation to showcase media performance through the use of PowerBI, Datorama or Tableau

Lead teams to perform regular quality assurance / quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure the data is processing accurately

Assist in operationalising test as it relates to ensuring taxonomy and necessary ad server / verification tracking has been applied

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years cumulative experience within Media, Analytics, and related fields

Extensive experience leading and managing marketing technology projects from ideation through installation

Experience with online advertising/media, channel marketing, strategic marketing, off‑line advertising/media and/or consulting

Experience working with international teams is a plus

Excellent project management skills

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail a must

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Proficiency with Datorama, Tableau, or other data visualisation tools is required

Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills

Advanced written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate/translate complex concepts to non‑technical audience

Strong client management/consultative experience

Experience with media measurement tools including: 3rd party ad serving, syndicated research and web analytics

Demonstrated expertise in core MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot tables, data visualisation)

Experience design jobs that can be easily promoted from one (Dev) environment to another (Test or Prod) seamlessly, without modification

Clear understanding of SSIS and ETL best practices within a MS SQL Server environment

SSIS error handling, error propagation and email notification

Experience with statistical modelling software (MATLAB, R, SAS, SPSS, Python) database tools (Amazon Web, SQL, MS Access, Excel PivotTables, MS SQL Server)

The benefits offerings listed are available to U.S. based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.

Compensation Range: $176,700.00 – $288,765.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation for temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third–party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Compensation for temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
