Marketing Operations Project Manager
to optimize our dashboards, streamline our tech stack, manage workflows, and keep marketing operations running with precision and consistency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves clean data, and brings order to fast-moving creative and marketing environments.
You will work closely with our marketing, creative, revenue, and operations teams to ensure our campaigns, reporting, systems, and assets are always accurate, streamlined, and ready to scale.
Requirements Core Job Functions Reporting & Data Analytics
Own dashboards and maintain accurate daily performance reporting
Build unified GA4 customer-journey and attribution systems
Surface trends, flags, and optimization opportunities
Track monthly marketing, software, and contractor expenses
Project Management & Execution Rhythm
Lead project timelines across Meta, YouTube, email, CRO, and creative
Manage briefs, task assignments, deadlines, and cross-functional alignment
Drive a predictable weekly execution cadence for the entire marketing team
QA all marketing assets and deliverables before they go live
Systems, Funnels & Tracking
Ensure new funnels are clean, functional, and conversion-ready
Oversee pixels, tracking, UTMs, and data integrity across all platforms
Build Asana boards, templates, SOPs, and standardized workflows
Keep operational systems efficient, and scalable
Creative Operations & Asset Management
Manage the creative pipeline
Ensure smooth handoff between copy, design, editors, and media
Maintain organization of all assets
Support rapid testing
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years experience in marketing operations, project management, RevOps, marketing tech, analytics, or a similar operations-focused marketing role
Experience with:
Graphly (dashboards & reporting)
Keap (automations, CRM, tagging, tracking)
GA4 (analytics, customer journeys)
Wicked Reports (tracking & attribution)
Asana (project management & workflow design)
Meta + YouTube ad platforms (basic tracking & structure)
Google Sheets (data, tracking, reporting)
Slack (internal workflow coordination)
Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills
Excellent attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Clear, timely, professional communication—written and verbal
Proven ability to build structure and order in fast-paced environments
High reliability, ownership mentality, and comfort working independently
Thrives in a fully remote, fast-paced, high-performance team environment
