Who You’ll Be Working With Our Convergent Video & Audio team is at the forefront of blending traditional and convergent video media strategies, helping brands create immersive, cross‑platform experiences that connect with audiences across TV, streaming, radio, and emerging media channels.
You’ll work alongside media strategists, creative teams, analytics experts, Client Strategists, data engineers, and top industry sales & measurement vendors, executing campaigns that drive measurable results and fuel brand growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee the full spectrum of video and audio media strategy across global markets.
Advise executive leadership on media investment and competitive positioning.
Manage high‑performing teams, fostering leadership and innovation.
Influence business outcomes through media marketing strategies and analytics.
Represent the organization in industry forums, driving thought leadership.
Drive major transformation projects in media operations and technology.
Develop a future‑focused roadmap for convergent media evolution.
Establish a best‑in‑class convergent media marketing framework, influencing industry standards.
Lead strategic decision‑making for large‑scale media investments across TV, radio, and convergent video.
Develop and implement long‑term growth strategies based on evolving consumer behaviors.
Engage with executive leadership to align media marketing with corporate objectives.
Drive technological advancements and automation in marketing operations.
Oversee multi‑million‑dollar budgets with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
Serve as a thought leader, representing the company at industry events and forums.
Elevate PMG as a trusted strategic partner, building and maintaining close relationships with client contacts.
Nurture a network of relationships with video and audio platforms.
What You’ll Bring
17+ years of experience in Convergent Video & Audio, including 10+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Senior Media Director/Head of COE (M8) experience overseeing the Convergent Video & TV media practice.
Proven track record guiding high‑level client strategy and relationships, driving innovation and new business.
Exceptional media planning & buying experience across convergent video and traditional channels.
Deep knowledge of convergent video and audio platforms, geofencing, Nielsen DMAs, and measurement tools such as Vivvix, VideoAmp, and EDO.
Advanced experience with Innovid, iSpot, and other convergent video and traditional ad platforms.
Expertise in marketing metrics, leveraging advanced measurement techniques to optimize cross‑platform campaigns.
Commitment to curiosity, adaptability, and continual learning, prioritizing client success with a customer‑focused mindset.
