The Opportunity We are looking for a hands‑on Media Buyer to own and execute paid social campaigns primarily on Meta and TikTok. You'll operate in fast‑moving, highly regulated verticals, driving measurable performance from planning through execution and analysis. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to take ownership of significant media spend and rapidly develop expertise in cutting‑edge performance marketing.

Experience:
2 - 3+ years in paid social or a relevant internship/apprenticeship. Must have demonstrable hands‑on experience or be eager to learn quickly.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (campaign setup, objectives, bidding, placements). Working knowledge of tracking & attribution (pixels, CAPI, S2S/postbacks, UTMs), funnel analytics, and strong spreadsheet skills. Comfortable interpreting performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and running structured tests.
Very important: MUST have Meta and TikTok Experience. Both. If you don't have experience in both, please do not apply; you will be automatically rejected.
Execution & Work Ethic:
Meticulous attentiveness to detail: demonstrated ability for strong ad hygiene, crisp naming conventions, clear creative briefs, and fastidious QA processes.

What You'll Do (Scope of Work)
As the owner of your campaigns, you will be responsible for the full performance lifecycle, from concept to optimization.
Campaign Execution & Scaling: Launching, managing, and rapidly scaling high‑performing ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok. This includes writing/editing ad copy, briefing creative assets, and ensuring technical setup meets platform best practices.
Strategy & Planning: Developing clear campaign roadmaps, defining audience targeting, setting appropriate budgets, and selecting optimal bidding strategies (e.g., value, lowest cost, cost cap) to maximize ROI.
Creative & Compliance Oversight: Guiding the creative concepting and iteration process. You will ensure messaging aligns with conversion intent while maintaining strict policy adherence across all platforms, especially within regulated verticals.
Optimization & Analysis: Monitoring daily pacing, troubleshooting delivery issues, and reallocating spend. You will analyze key performance indicators (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and make real‑time updates and structured A/B tests to drive efficiency and growth.
Reporting & Collaboration: Creating clear, actionable performance reports from platform and internal data. You will coordinate with creative, analytics, and external partners to ensure timely launches and effective project management.
Quality & Compliance: Attentiveness to detail and a high degree of patience are required to address review notes, fix non‑compliance issues quickly, and iterate until outputs meet regulatory and performance requirements.
Type:
Full‑time 1099 contractor with a path to W‑2 employment after a successful 3‑month Initial Contract Period.
Compensation:
Competitive Base salary + healthy commission tied to performance (e.g., qualified actions/revenue/ROAS).
Start:
Immediate.
Location/Schedule:
Able to work on‑site in Hoboken, NJ, 5 days/week during the Initial Contract Period. A hybrid schedule may be negotiable after 3 months. Must be authorized to work as a 1099 contractor.
