Are you the kind of marketer who can turn data into insight and then into a story people remember? Do you get just as excited about experiment design as a clever headline? If you love testing, learning, iterating – and you get a rush when something finally moves the needle – we want to talk to you! Growth Marketer / Leader

to build and scale Stackpack’s marketing engine. You’ll own our story, our positioning, our campaigns, and the experiments that drive real, measurable growth. This role blends creativity with rigor: narrative meets numbers, and both matter equally. You’ll shape how we show up in the world—and how fast we get there. Much like Salesforce created the CRM vertical and Carta created the equity management vertical, we are creating a new category needed by all businesses worldwide. We believe in the power of technology to create efficient and delightful business solutions, and we're looking for passionate, innovative thinkers to join us on our mission… while also having fun in the process! About the Team: Our team brings decades of experience, hailing from affirm, Asana, PayPal, Google, Adobe, WeWork, Etsy, Pandora and eBay. We are looking to bring on our next critical team member in this role. We are a remote-first company today with plans to open a SF office next year. This role will be SF-based, with plenty of flexibility and opportunities for in-person collaboration plus quarterly team onsites. The Opportunity: Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be our marketing leader—a full-stack marketer who blends product marketing, content creation, brand strategy, and early-stage growth experimentation. You’ll work across functions to develop campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and love for Stackpack. This person is obsessed with impacting company and revenue metrics. You iterate quickly, using data to decide where to go next. You love partnering with Sales, CS and Product teams to deliver a unique content calendar and output. And you’re totally okay with wearing multiple hats! What You’ll Do

Turn customer insight and data into sharp product positioning and messaging. Launch features fast with clear GTM plans that test channels, creative, and narratives. Shape our brand voice and make sure it shows up consistently everywhere. Run a lean content engine—case studies, thought leadership, landing pages, social, and more—built for distribution and impact. Write and edit high-leverage content for finance, IT, and ops leaders across the full funnel. Partner with Sales and Success on enablement and lifecycle content that drives conversion and retention. Plan and run growth experiments across paid, SEO, social, email, events and partnerships—learn fast, scale what works. Own performance tracking: conversion, CAC, engagement, attribution, and experiment results. Build and optimize top-of-funnel programs, referral loops, and early demand gen. Work closely with Product, Sales, and CS to stay aligned on insights and opportunities. Spin up and manage contractors/agencies to increase capacity. Help build the marketing foundation—from tools to processes to early playbooks. Opportunities to scale and lead the team. You May Be A Fit If You

3-5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a mix of product, content, and growth; experience owning growth at a Seed or Series A startup is strongly preferred. Proven ability to design, run, and scale experiments across the full funnel (acquisition → activation → retention). Strong quantitative skills: funnel analysis, attribution, KPI setting, and clear, data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated success taking at least one channel from 0→1 and turning it into a repeatable growth engine. Excellent writer and storyteller with interest in AI tools and applications. Deep understanding of (or curiosity about) our finance ICP. Comfortable with analytics tools, dashboards, and basic data work (SQL a plus). Strong planner who can prioritize, execute, and keep others aligned. Thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and adapts as priorities shift. Collaborative, low-ego, and great at working cross-functionally. Builder mindset—comfortable creating processes, playbooks, and systems from scratch. We are an equal opportunity employer.
