We’re seeking a highly skilled, collaborative Interior Designer to join our San Francisco team in a hybrid role (Tues–Thurs in-office). This position offers the chance to work on cutting-edge workplace and healthcare interiors while partnering with a dynamic team that values innovation, inclusion, and trust.

As an Interior Designer, you’ll take ownership of impactful projects from concept to completion, leading space planning, system integration, and design documentation. You’ll also help strengthen our presence in the Bay Area and beyond, bringing fresh ideas, technical strength, and team spirit to every engagement.

Key Impact Areas

Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of healthcare-focused interior projects

Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams, clients, contractors, and A&D firms

Create detailed space plans, presentations, and live design workshops (in‑person & virtual)

Solve complex design and technical challenges using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM360

Apply relevant codes, regulations, and ADA compliance to project documentation

Manage multiple active projects with precision and a client‑first mindset

Support and train team members on design tools and project systems when needed

Qualifications

5+ years of interior design or architectural experience (workplace and/or healthcare design preferred)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, CET, CAP 2020 Worksheet, and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with SketchUp, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and strong design documentation

Excellent communication and presentation skills; client-facing experience is a must

Strong understanding of healthcare planning, building codes, and sustainable design

Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities with a positive attitude

NCIDQ or CID accreditation preferred; LEED or WELL certification a plus

Valid driver’s license required for occasional site visits and vendor meetings
