Head of Paid Media

to drive revenue growth and campaign performance for both our business and our client portfolio. This leader will oversee Paid Media Managers, vendor partners, and specialists while elevating our processes, analytics, and execution standards. You’ll serve as the strategic bridge between paid media outcomes and business objectives, setting the vision for how we plan, optimize, experiment, and report across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Bing, YouTube, and Yelp. Responsibilities

Own performance and profitability across Paid Search and Paid Social channels

Lead and mentor Paid Media Managers and contractors, growing the department

Develop high-impact strategies aligned with client goals and channel objectives

Ensure elite execution within Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Bing, YouTube, and additional paid platforms

Support the sales team with scoping, pricing, and pitching media solutions

Assist with tracking, attribution, and analytics within our proprietary tech stack

Improve processes, workflows, automations, and vendor efficiency

Lead client-facing strategy reviews and performance discussions

Stay ahead of industry trends and shape our innovation roadmap

Drive upsell and cross-sell efforts to increase lifetime value and retention

Requirements

5+ years of Paid Media experience with strong multi-channel expertise

3+ years of experience leading people (teams, vendor partners, or both)

Strong experience with both traditional retainer models and performance-based agency models

Proven track record managing more than $200k in monthly ad spend

Strong data analytics and attribution optimization skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights

Experience with local and national clients across mixed industries

Fluency in testing, iteration, and creative performance frameworks

Familiarity with GA4, conversion actions, and CRM-connected reporting

Experience in sales participation and growing accounts

Nice To Have

AI and automation experience

Nearshore/offshore team strategy

Background in home services and professional services industries
