Senior Director of Marketing – Americas Strategically partner with Sales, Inside Sales, Operations, and Marketing leaders to build and execute demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

Grow and deliver marketing activities and pipeline for the America region by hosting and launching regional campaigns and events.

Partner closely with Sales leadership to align priorities, build effective marketing plans, and exceed pipeline goals.

Collaborate with Solutions Marketing to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and addressable market to guide regional priorities.

Develop and execute customer‑driven, regional marketing strategies and programs to increase demand, pipeline and expansion.

Lead teams that own execution of third‑party regional events, campaigns, and field plays, ensuring seamless execution from concept to post‑event analysis.

Measure program effectiveness, analyze data, optimize programs, and demonstrate ROI to senior management.

Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and build relationships with vendors, agencies, and strategic partners.

Recruit, train, and coach a high‑performing marketing team to meet and exceed KPIs.

Required Experience / Skills

10+ years of marketing leadership with a focus on partnering with regional Sales leaders.

8+ years of leading high‑performing teams of 3+ members.

4+ years of driving and scaling ABM.

Proven track record of executing field marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Deep understanding of event operations, agency management, and enterprise‑level event best practices.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, leveraging data insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and 6sense or CommonRoom.

Compensation U.S. pay range: $200,000 – $250,000 USD.
