Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Aduro Advisors is looking for bright and talented individuals to join our team working to support top‑tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. The Head of Marketing will support and execute our marketing programs.

The Head of Marketing will own day‑to‑day marketing execution and be the primary driver of organic growth, content distribution, and community engagement as well as shaping the brand. It’s an excellent fit for a self‑starter excited to build the marketing engine from the ground up.
Here Is The Type Of Work You Will Do
Manage social media channels and online presence, building a strong community voice through thought leadership, partnerships, and influencers
Drive organic growth initiatives (SEO, GEO, and content marketing)
Coordinate the content calendar and work with internal/external experts to produce value‑add content that drives the Aduro brand promise
Manage the development and execution of the email marketing channel, including drafting and designing campaigns, building audience segments, setting up automation workflows, and tracking results
Support the upcoming website refresh project, including copy, structure, and vendor coordination
Execute on brand refresh deliverables including logo hierarchy and visual asset updates
Help organize events including webinars, virtual sessions, and select in‑person activations
Collaborate closely with the sales team to design and execute multi‑channel campaigns that drive qualified leads through both paid and organic efforts.
Establish and monitor marketing KPIs across all initiatives, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline influence.
The salary for the Head of Marketing role will range from $120,000 - $150,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level. This role is eligible to participate in the Aduro Bonus Program and an employee Equity Plan.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in financial services, SaaS, or startups
Comfortable being a team of one and prioritizing across multiple projects
Strong writing, editing, and content planning skills
Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn especially), website CMS tools, and SEO platforms
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Bonus: exposure to compliance, private markets, venture capital or financial regulations is a plus
