What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute long-term retail marketing strategies that align with each brand’s growth objectives and retail channel priorities.
Translate business strategies into actionable growth plans and programs that drive sales volume, brand preference, and market share.
Lead omni‑channel marketing strategies that integrate e‑commerce, in‑store merchandising, special order, and stocking programs.
Partner closely with Sales, Product, Brand, and Digital teams to ensure a unified go‑to‑market approach.
Retail Marketing & Merchandising
Direct the development of promotional and merchandising plans that elevate brand visibility and engagement at retail.
Lead line review strategy and execution, ensuring both brands achieve maximum presence and sell‑through performance.
Manage retail associate training programs and in‑store engagement tools to increase conversion with homeowners and contractors.
Ensure excellence in retail marketing execution — from planograms and displays to digital retail content and media placements.
Customer & Channel Collaboration
Build strong partnerships with key retail accounts, including The Home Depot and Lowe’s, to drive joint business planning and annual marketing programs.
Support the sales team in negotiations, business reviews, and new product launches.
Monitor and analyze competitive activity, consumer insights, and category trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Team & Financial Management
Lead and develop a high‑performing retail marketing team across both brands.
Manage annual and monthly retail marketing budgets, ensuring efficient investment across channels.
Drive a performance‑driven culture focused on data, measurement, and ROI.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required (Master’s preferred).
15+ years of experience in consumer or building materials marketing, with 7+ years in retail channel leadership roles.
Proven success in managing large retail partnerships (Home Depot, Lowe’s, or equivalent).
Strong omni‑channel marketing experience, including digital retail, merchandising, and in‑store activation.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams across multiple brands or business units.
Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with retail analytics tools is a plus.

What You’ll Receive As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $175,600K to $228,300K. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
