Senior Product Marketing Manager – LoftLabs As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at LoftLabs, you will shape the narrative around our Kubernetes and platform engineering solutions, defining positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies that resonate with developers, platform engineers, and cloud‑native decision makers.

Responsibilities

Develop crisp, compelling messaging and positioning for platform engineers, DevOps teams, and cloud architects.

Create core product marketing content: whitepapers, case studies, website copy, pitch decks, and videos.

Build and scale a comprehensive sales collateral library—battlecards, competitor comparisons, objection‑handling guides, customer stories.

Lead product release launches, executing LoftLabs’ product launch framework and setting success metrics.

Conduct market research and ICP analysis, translating insights into high‑impact marketing initiatives.

Perform competitive analysis, monitor market landscape, and form differentiation strategies.

Partner with Customer Success and Community teams to amplify user success stories and advocacy.

Establish feedback loops with product, demand generation, sales, and customer success to align messaging with business goals.

Requirements

5+ years in enterprise software marketing, with at least 4 years focused on product marketing.

Strong skill in translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.

Experience with Kubernetes, containers, DevOps technologies, and the cloud‑native ecosystem.

Proven ability to build, execute, and iterate go‑to‑market strategies for software products.

Track record developing sales enablement materials that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Independent, ownership‑driven mindset in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally with product, sales, developer relations, and demand‑gen teams.

Experience with competitive analysis, positioning, and messaging development.

Strong communication skills with a strategic mindset and execution focus.

Public speaking experience (conferences, meetups, webinars, panels) is a plus.
