Marketing Executive (OPC) - Bilingual Japanese
Location: Ala Moana Shopping Center, Hawaii
Base Pay: $16/hr plus commission, plus training pay for the first 10 weeks (uncapped earning potential). Annual total range: $42,202 – $194,060.
Incentive Bonus: $1,000.
Schedule: Full‑time, 10 am to 6 pm (occasionally 11 am to 7 pm), 5 days per week, flexible for weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
Schedule and conduct sales presentations or offer special vacation packages to guests at events and off‑site locations such as shopping malls and airports.
Deliver a high level of service to exceed sales and volume production goals.
Ensure that all guests participating in a sales presentation or purchasing a vacation package meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
Guest Experience & Company Standards
Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.
Must complete background and drug screening as required.
Physically able to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Fluent in Japanese (speak, read, and write).
