Senior Manager, Affiliate Marketing

About the Role As Senior Manager of Affiliate Marketing, you will lead client‑facing affiliate strategies, manage high‑impact campaigns, and build relationships with key publishers and platforms. You’ll collaborate with Influencer, Social and Creative teams to integrate creator content into full‑funnel roadmaps, drive measurable enterprise impact, and advance Ovative’s proprietary MarTech platform, EMRge.
Responsibilities
Act as a subject‑matter expert for affiliate and performance‑based creator strategies, evolving Ovative’s approach to best practices, tools, and emerging trends.
Develop and execute affiliate roadmaps aligned with client goals and enterprise‑level growth.
Lead forward‑thinking team strategies within the client mix in partnership with other team members.
Support audit and acquisition efforts across the portfolio.
Maintain expertise in best‑in‑class commissioning, conversion‑optimized content, creator affiliate structures, and incentive models.
Partner with Influencer, Social, and Creative teams to build integrated affiliate + creator roadmaps.
Manage and optimize day‑to‑day affiliate marketing campaigns, including planning, prioritization, execution, and performance analysis.
Hold teams accountable for best practices in publisher agreements, billings, and compliance.
Lead testing roadmap ideation, planning and management.
Plan and execute performance‑creator campaigns with recruitment, commission/ incentive modeling, calendar alignment, and content optimization.
Guide cross‑functional teams on creator briefings, content reviews and iterative optimization based on channel performance.
Create proactive communications and POVs for internal teams and clients about affiliate & influencer opportunities.
Collaborate with the in‑house measurement team to develop industry‑leading measurement capabilities.
Serve as a strategic partner to key publishers and tools that drive the channel forward.
Own, manage, and grow relationships for some of Ovative Group’s largest clients.
Develop and deliver client‑facing solutions, including clear objectives, tactics, and KPIs.
Collaborate with Client Services to identify and support key opportunities and challenges at the program level.
Earn client trust, influence stakeholders to evolve strategies, and drive enterprise impact through affiliate.
Develop team members through training, SME development, and support.
Partner with Influencer leaders to create joint training programs across Affiliate and Creator teams.
Model cross‑channel collaboration and drive a culture of open communication.
Recruit, train, and manage new Ovative team members.
Inspire and direct reports to reach quarterly, annual, and long‑term goals.
Requirements
6+ years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, with some influencer marketing experience.
3+ years of proven success leading and supporting multiple team members.
Proficiency in affiliate and influencer tracking platforms such as Impact, LTK, ShopMy; experience with Sprout Social or Creator IQ preferred.
Track record of driving strong, positive results through affiliate marketing programs.
Strong communication and time‑management skills.
Ability to tell a story with data.
Direct responsibility for enterprise‑level affiliate marketing programs.
Solid digital agency experience or digital client‑side leadership.
Subject‑matter expertise with affiliate networks and tools.
Deep knowledge of attribution platforms and converting data sets into actionable insights.
Pay Transparency Salary range: $111,000–$186,000 (inclusive of a 25% bonus). Actual offers consider relevant experience and anticipated impact.
