Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Anchorage, Alaska . This contract offers a

- assistance with eligible travel expenses Key Responsibilities of the Travel Certified Surgical Technologist: Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and supplies for procedures Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field Ensure proper handling and sterilization of instruments and equipment Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to promote efficiency and safety Maintain accurate counts of instruments, sponges, and needles before and after procedures Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other surgical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Follow all infection control and safety protocols in accordance with hospital policy Requirements of the Travel Certified Surgical Technologist: Active
CST certification
through
NBSTSA. BLS certification
required Minimum of 2 years of recent CST experience. Alaska state license or eligibility to obtain
