We are looking for an experienced Web Designer with a growth mindset to support our team and our fast‑growing collection of web properties. This role requires a deep understanding of UX design principles and the ability to balance creative vision with data‑driven insights to deliver web experiences that move the needle and drive conversion. What You Will Do
Collaborate with the Growth marketing team to design and continually optimize web experiences via data‑driven testing and learning.
Make informed design decisions and identify areas of improvement for the site that move the needle on performance while upholding Rippling’s brand look and feel.
Stay updated on the latest UX trends and best practices, and collaborate with other web designers to share insights in order to up‑level design output across the team and our design systems.
Work hands‑on with internal and external development teams to implement your designs while always keeping an eye towards performance.
Support the maintenance and expansion of Rippling’s web design system, ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all digital platforms.
Ensure the quality of design through rigorous QA.
What You Will Need
5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on UX and growth‑driven design.
Experience with testing frameworks, user testing, and accessibility.
Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to design.
Ability to self‑guide and manage projects with minimal direction.
Ability to embrace feedback and pivot accordingly.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, including C‑Suite.
Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Optimizely, JIRA, Google Workspace, Slack, and Google Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
Considerable experience working in‑house with SaaS and enterprise tech companies.
Experience with a CMS (Wordpress, Contentful, etc).
Prototyping experience (Figma, Principle, After Effects, etc).
Experience working within complex websites and information architecture.
Familiarity with front‑end development.
