Performance Media Lead (Consumer Software) 6 Months+ Contract As the Performance Media Lead, you will:

Manage performance media campaigns to hit acquisition and ROAS targets in close collaboration with media agency partners.

Own and evolve our learning agenda for global performance marketing across mobile and desktop platforms—defining hypotheses, designing experiments, and partnering with data science to measure incremental impact.

Leverage data and experimentation to drive strategic decisions about budget allocation, audience targeting, creative strategy, and channel mix.

Develop and operationalize measurement frameworks that strengthen our ability to evaluate marketing effectiveness, including incrementality testing and attribution improvements.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders—product marketing, data science, finance, and creative—to ensure alignment between acquisition goals and broader product and brand strategies.

Identify and evaluate new channels and emerging tactics for user acquisition, bringing a test‑and‑learn mindset to scale new opportunities responsibly.

Your Professional Profile

7+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or user acquisition, preferably for global consumer or tech brands.

Proven track record in driving growth through experimentation, measurement innovation, and ROI optimization.

Expertise across major media channels (e.g., Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Microsoft App Campaigns, Meta, programmatic, YouTube and TikTok) and strong understanding of performance measurement frameworks (attribution, incrementality testing).

Advanced analytical skills, with experience collaborating with data science or analytics teams to generate actionable insights.

Strong communication and storytelling ability—able to distill complex data into clear narratives that influence cross‑functional decisions.

Experience working effectively with external agencies and global teams, with a proven ability to align diverse contributors and areas of expertise around shared goals — serving as the primary owner of business objectives and ensuring that all efforts ladder up to meaningful, measurable impact.
