What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute comprehensive field event strategies aligned with Field Marketing objectives Serve as the primary owner for a portfolio of field events, maximizing demand generation and brand presence Lead the full lifecycle of event management, including strategy, logistics, and post?event evaluation Drive engagement and attendance through innovative promotional strategies across multiple channels Design frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on event outcomes and ROI
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of hands?on experience in field event marketing planning and execution in a technology environment Demonstrated expertise in planning vendor?led events and regional tradeshows Proven track record of delivering successful field events and activations Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Proficiency with marketing automation and event management platforms such as Marketo, CVENT, Salesforce, and Tableau Experience in budget management and vendor management using tools like Coupa Strong data analysis skills to derive actionable recommendations from event success metrics Ability to adapt strategies quickly in response to market shifts and challenges Willingness to travel 25%-30% for event coordination and execution
