About The Team Join a team building innovative, data‑driven advertising experiences across mobile, TV, and connected devices. We create tools and platforms that help brands reach consumers in meaningful, impactful ways. The team collaborates closely with product, engineering, and research partners to deliver high‑quality solutions, including recently launched products such as Optimal Reach, Data+, Mobile Conversions, and Web Conversions.

Position Summary As a Designer 4 (Contract) on the Ad Solutions team, you will lead end-to-end design for new and existing ad products that keep the ecosystem competitive and forward-focused. You’ll work with PMs, researchers, and engineers to translate business goals and user needs into thoughtful, scalable product experiences.

Responsibilities

Own major design initiatives from concept to launch, including strategy, flows, wireframes, visuals, and specifications

Raise the quality bar with simple, cohesive, high-craft product experiences across platforms

Apply and evolve design systems to build scalable, consistent interaction and visual patterns

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, marketing, and design peers

Influence platform teams through clear communication and exploratory design

Practice user-centered design by incorporating research insights, usability findings, and industry knowledge

Contribute to design culture through collaboration, mentorship, and strong design feedback

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of experience in UI/UX/Product Design for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise environments

Strong portfolio showcasing strategy, user-centered thinking, and high-quality craft

Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy

Strong understanding of accessibility and design systems

Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and organization skills

Prototyping skills to bring concepts to life

Nice to Have

Experience in ad‑tech

Multi‑platform design experience (e.g., products spanning mobile + TV or connected ecosystems)

Experience designing for multi-language products

Experience leading user research sessions

Familiarity with AI-enhanced user experiences or contextual design patterns
