About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead the mobilization of youth and young adults in reshaping societal views on mental health. They must be a visionary leader, fostering collaboration, and committed to centering equity in all aspects of their work.

Brand management and crisis communications
Development of culturally responsive messaging that inspires action
Building and sustaining a network of mental health champions
Designing mobilization campaigns
Forging partnerships with diverse organizations and policymakers
Qualifications
At least 15 years of leadership experience
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and data-driven approach to marketing
Proficiency in leading and managing teams, fostering a high-performing, innovative, and accountable culture
Background in mental health advocacy highly valued
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
