Product Marketing Senior Manager — Agentic AI Platform Location: Palo Alto office, CA (Hybrid), NYC office Hybrid (preferred); or US Remote, possible.

As Product Marketing Senior Manager, you will define and drive the go-to-market strategy for Intapp’s AI and agentic platform, connecting a firm’s data with proprietary Intapp intelligence to help professionals surface insights faster, automate workflows, and drive better business outcomes.

What You Will Do

Lead the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for Intapp’s AI and agentic platform.

Shape the category narrative for how AI, connected data, and intelligent workflows are transforming professional and financial services.

Translate advanced capabilities such as semantic search, data orchestration, and agentic workflows into clear, outcome-driven value stories.

Oversee product releases from narrative development through enablement and field activation.

Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure client and market insights inform roadmap priorities and differentiation.

Analyze market trends, buyer behavior, and competitive dynamics to identify whitespace opportunities and refine positioning.

Design packaging and commercial offers that deliver meaningful customer value and support Intapp’s long-term business growth.

Stay ahead of developments in AI, from broad platform providers to specialized vertical innovators, to keep Intapp’s narrative and roadmap ahead of the curve.

Use data-driven storytelling by synthesizing product performance, customer insights, and market signals to guide go-to-market decisions.

Showcase client success through ROI analyses, benchmarking, and case studies that demonstrate measurable business impact.

Engage with industry analysts, media, and influencers to validate differentiation and elevate Intapp’s leadership in the market.

What You Will Need

10+ years of overall technology experience with 7+ years in SaaS Product Marketing or related B2B SaaS roles.

Demonstrated success defining GTM strategy, messaging, and narrative for new or rapidly evolving technologies.

Experience with packaging, pricing, or commercial model design.

Experience partnering closely with Product Management across the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Strong understanding of enterprise buyers, value drivers, and the emerging AI competitive landscape.

Proven ability to translate complex technology into clear, human-centered value propositions.

Data‑driven, results‑oriented mindset with strong cross‑functional leadership skills.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and internal influence abilities.

Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred

Experience launching or owning GTM for an AI product, AI platform, features, or advanced enterprise tech.

Domain experience in legal tech, professional services, or financial services.

MBA or advanced degree.
