Primary Role & Responsibilities
Create, coordinate, revise, and maintain project design, production, and documentation at all project phases (Pre‑Design through Construction Administration and Certification).
Produce construction documents and architectural redlines efficiently.
Oversee quality control and ensure compliance within project scope and budget.
Coordinate design with consultants and the architectural team.
Delegate and oversee work of Design Professional I and/or II.
Collaborate clearly with architectural team, consultants, and clients.
Handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s of Architecture (required).
Five or more years of experience on K‑12 education projects.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Acrobat and MS Office. Must hold an Autodesk Revit Professional Certification within 90 days.
Experience with DSA submission/approval process.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with a desire for continual professional development.
Detail oriented, highly motivated, positive attitude, proactive problem solver.
Passion for design and construction.
