**Summary of Role**

This role will be responsible for bringing our foodservice marketing strategy to life through multi‑channel campaigns, digital initiatives, and go‑to‑market execution. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B marketing, foodservice industry knowledge, and experience managing KPIs across digital and traditional channels.

Compensation

$105,000 - $120,000 (range may vary based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

Execute global foodservice marketing strategies aligned with commercial goals.

Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution for new product launches and campaigns.

Manage digital and multi‑channel marketing programs including internal assets and tools.

Coordinate internal communications to regional teams regarding training, new products, sales tools, and assets.

Define and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and brand engagement.

Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and localization of global strategies.

Conduct market and customer research to inform messaging and positioning.

Work cross‑functionally with sales, product management, and insights teams to support business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in global marketing, preferably in packaging or foodservice/QSR industries.

Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.

Proven experience developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies with regional teams and internal stakeholders.

Ability to lead cross‑functional efforts to build customer‑centric solutions and support strategic growth initiatives.

Strong understanding of the foodservice industry, customer segments, and competitive landscape.

Excellent communication skills to convey complex strategies and market insights to internal and external audiences.

Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate innovative engagement methods such as ideation workshops, innovation sessions, customer presentations, and product/solution rollouts.
