What You’ll Do

Develop a deep understanding of image creation and editing workflows across creator segments.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and unmet needs.

Translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations.

Partner closely with Firefly product teams to shape the roadmap for image generation and editing features.

Advocate for creator needs and ensure our AI tools deliver intuitive, high‑impact experiences.

Work hand‑in‑hand with outbound PMMs to develop marketing programs that drive discovery, engagement, and conversion.

Collaborate with UX research, data science, and analytics teams to validate hypotheses and measure impact.

Align with Adobe’s broader Digital Media teams (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom) to ensure consistency and alignment.

Craft compelling value propositions and product narratives for Firefly’s image generation and editing capabilities.

Ensure messaging is clear, differentiated, and resonates across creator personas and use cases.

Contribute to launch planning and execution for new image generation and editing features.

Collaborate with all marketing and GTM functions to define and implement growth plans and campaigns.

Stay ahead of generative AI trends and represent Firefly in internal and external forums.

Contribute to defining Adobe's perspective on the evolution of creative workflows improved by AI.

What You’ll Bring

8+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy roles—preferably in creative tools, AI, or imaging technologies.

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.

Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.

Proven success influencing product roadmaps and driving cross‑functional alignment.

Passion for creativity, design, and emerging technologies.

BA/BS in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred) OR 8+ years of product marketing OR equivalent practical experience.

Compensation The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,700 – $213,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
