Job Description Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks.
Responsibilities
Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
Order product (via iPad tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz’ management team.
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Positive and professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
Physical capability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs.; occasionally push/pull up to 50 lbs.; move products from stock rooms to store floors.
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
Scheduled weekly hours – 32 to 40 hours.
Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location: Richmond, CA (secondary locations: Oakland, Orinda, Hercules).
Availability required: 6 am–open availability; schedule may change based on business needs.
Salary and Benefits
Hourly compensation rate of $21.
